Hello my name is Nat and this is my personal fitness blog. I have tried over and over again to lose weight but I needed a little more motivaton. Hopefully this blog will help me and keep me moving foward :) I will be actively using this blog until the end of June. My track and field season starts in March and will give me 4 MONTHS to lose the weight. Right now I weigh 170ish lbs and I am 5'3. I want to lose around 40 lbs by June so I can look and feel great for my senior ball. To those of you who are in my situation and/or want to lose weight too WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER :D
